Kuala Lumpur, 21 July 2026 – Adnex Group Berhad has secured a RM10.96 million interior design and fit-out contract for Hilti Asia IT Services Sdn. Bhd., reinforcing its growing presence in Malaysia’s corporate fit-out market while strengthening its portfolio of multinational clients.
The contract was awarded to the Group’s wholly owned subsidiary, Adnex Interior Solution Sdn. Bhd., for interior design and fit-out works at Sunway Square Corporate Tower 1. The project commenced on 21 July 2026 and is scheduled for completion by 24 December 2026, with a construction period of approximately five months.
