Ant International Raises US$1.2 Billion to Accelerate Global Fintech Expansion

Singapore, 21 July 2026 – Ant International has secured US$1.2 billion in a Series A fundraising round as the Singapore-based fintech company accelerates its global expansion strategy, focusing on cross-border payments, artificial intelligence-enabled commerce and enterprise financial services.

The equity financing attracted investments from its parent company, Ant Group, affiliate Alibaba Group Holding and a group of international investors. The company did not disclose the individual commitments made by participating investors but said the fresh capital would be used to strengthen its international operations and broaden its suite of digital financial services for businesses worldwide.
