Shanghai, 20 July 2026 – Impact Capital Holdings Berhad has entered into a strategic collaboration with China-based Beijing Kejie Technology Co., Ltd., known as KeenData, to promote artificial intelligence-native data infrastructure and foundational software solutions across Malaysia.
The three-year memorandum of understanding was signed through Impact Capital’s wholly owned subsidiary, Impact Business Solutions Sdn. Bhd., combining its Malaysian market presence and systems-integration capabilities with KeenData’s data management, real-time computing and intelligent analytics technologies.
