Kuala Lumpur, 21 July 2026 – Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has publicly reprimanded Computer Forms (Malaysia) Berhad (CFM) and imposed a total of RM2 million in fines on eight current and former directors following multiple breaches of the Main Market Listing Requirements involving disclosures related to the company’s electric vehicle (EV) joint venture.
The enforcement action follows findings that CFM failed to make timely, accurate and complete disclosures concerning its joint venture with EA Mobility Holding Co. Ltd., resulting in announcements that were misleading or omitted material information required by investors.
