Reneuco to Be Delisted From Bursa Malaysia on May 12 After Failed Appeal

Kuala Lumpur, 10 May 2026 – Reneuco Berhad will be delisted from the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on 12 May 2026 after Bursa Malaysia Securities dismissed the company’s appeal for additional time to submit its regularisation plan.

The company, classified as a Practice Note 17 company, had sought more time to present a plan to regularise its financial condition. However, Bursa Securities rejected the appeal, clearing the way for Reneuco’s removal from the Official List.
