Kuala Lumpur, 7 May 2026 – I-Berhad has started FY2026 on a steady note, recording resilient first-quarter earnings as the group accelerates its transition from a property developer into an AI-enabled urban ecosystem platform anchored by i-City in Selangor.
For the first quarter ended 31 March 2026, I-Berhad recorded revenue of approximately RM44.0 million and profit before tax of RM12.7 million, improving from RM12.4 million in the corresponding period last year. The group said the performance reflected operational discipline, margin optimisation, a stronger recurring income base and the progressive integration of intelligence across its ecosystem.
