Granite Asia Taps DBS Wealth Clients for Private Credit Fund as Asia’s Funding Gap Widens

Singapore, 8 May 2026 – Granite Asia is opening access to its private credit strategy through DBS Private Bank’s wealthy client base, strengthening its push into non-bank financing as Asian companies look for alternative sources of growth capital.

The fund, which reached its first close last year, has recently been made available to DBS Private Bank clients. It targets an internal rate of return of about 16% to 20% per year, with investor cash yields of around 8% to 10%, according to available fund information.
