Malaysia’s Stadiums Are Turning Into Media Assets

The new iMedia–PSM digital LED partnership shows how Malaysia’s sports and entertainment venues are becoming more than event locations. They are becoming advertising platforms.

Malaysia’s major sports venues are starting to look less like traditional stadiums and more like large-scale media assets.

iMedia Asia, a wholly owned subsidiary of Catcha Digital Berhad, has partnered with Perbadanan Stadium Malaysia to build a new digital LED advertising network around TM Stadium Nasional and Unifi Arena. The plan includes 10 large-format digital LED screens around the stadium compound and 12 e-buntings outside Unifi Arena, giving brands new visibility across one of Malaysia’s busiest sports and entertainment hubs.
