Kuala Lumpur, 24 July 2026 – Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has publicly reprimanded Meridian Berhad and imposed a fine of RM8,500 on its Executive Director, Tang Boon Koon, following breaches of the Main Market Listing Requirements relating to the late issuance of the company’s audited annual reports.
