Petaling Jaya, 13 May 2026 – Axis Real Estate Investment Trust is acquiring a fully tenanted industrial complex in Shah Alam, Selangor, for RM38.0 million, strengthening its industrial and logistics portfolio within one of Klang Valley’s most established manufacturing and warehousing corridors.
The proposed acquisition will be undertaken by Axis-REIT’s trustee, RHB Trustees Berhad, which has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Rubicon Assets Sdn Bhd for the property.
