WTK To Dispose Three Miri Plantation Estates For RM221.5 Million Cash

Sibu, 3 July 2026 – W T K Holdings Berhad is moving to optimise its plantation portfolio through the proposed disposal of three adjoining oil palm estates in Miri, Sarawak, for a total cash consideration of RM221.5 million.

The Sarawak-based diversified group said its wholly owned subsidiaries, Towering Yield Sdn Bhd, Bioworld Synergies Sdn Bhd, Biogreen Success Sdn Bhd and Borneo Agro-Industries Sdn Bhd, have entered into conditional agreements with Trinity Capital Resources Sdn Bhd for the proposed disposals.
