Eckem Holdings Opens Flat In ACE Market Debut Despite IPO Interest

Kuala Lumpur, 3 July 2026 – Eckem Holdings Bhd made a muted debut on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia on Friday, opening flat at 12 sen, unchanged from its initial public offering price, despite earlier investor interest in its public share offering.

The industrial chemicals distributor briefly edged higher to 13 sen after trading began, but later erased its gains and returned to 12 sen by 9:15am. More than 40 million shares changed hands in early trade, while the company’s market capitalisation stood at RM75 million based on its last traded price.
