Lianson Fleet Expands Into Ultramax Bulk Carriers With RM213.2 Million Vessel Acquisitions

Kuala Lumpur, 10 July 2026 – Lianson Fleet Group Berhad is expanding into the Ultramax bulk carrier segment through two new vessel acquisitions worth US$52.3 million, or about RM213.2 million, strengthening its marine transportation fleet and widening its exposure to global dry bulk shipping demand.

The offshore support vessel and marine transportation provider said it had entered into two separate memorandum of agreements to acquire MV Tian Mu Shan and MV Yan Dang Shan, both Ultramax bulk carrier vessels.
