Sydney, 7 May 2026 – Woolworths has launched a formal review of its lead creative agency account across Australia and New Zealand, opening a new chapter in the supermarket group’s marketing strategy as competition intensifies across grocery, loyalty and retail branding.
The review covers Woolworths’ lead creative agency partnership for Australia and New Zealand. M+C Saatchi is the incumbent agency, having held the account since 2017. Woolworths said it will continue working with its existing agency partners during the review period, while TBWA retains responsibility for the Everyday Rewards account.
