Kuala Lumpur, 6 May 2026 – Berjaya Corporation Berhad has disposed of shares in Berjaya Property Berhad and Sports Toto Berhad to its major shareholder Tan Sri Vincent Tan Chee Yioun for RM18.76 million cash, as the diversified group partially realises its investments to support working capital.
The disposals were carried out by Berjaya Corp’s wholly owned subsidiaries, Berjaya IPS Credits Sdn Bhd and Berjaya IPS Equity Sdn Bhd, through direct business transactions completed on 5 May 2026.
