Bursa Malaysia’s PN17 and GN3 Watchlist Stands at 16 Companies as Financial Distress Remains in Focus

Kuala Lumpur, 5 May 2026 – Bursa Malaysia’s latest PN17 and GN3 listing directory shows that 16 companies were classified under the financially distressed or affected listed issuer categories as at 24 April 2026, representing 1.50% of the 1,066 companies listed on the Main Market and ACE Market.

The list covers companies that have triggered Practice Note 17 under the Main Market Listing Requirements or Guidance Note 3 under the ACE Market Listing Requirements. These classifications do not automatically mean a company will be delisted, but they place affected issuers under strict timelines to regularise their financial condition, submit recovery plans and provide updates to the market.
