Kuala Lumpur, 15 July 2026 – SD Guthrie Berhad is advancing the proposed disposal of approximately 1,021.93 acres of land in Bukit Kerayong Estate, Kapar, for RM798.31 million as part of a major industrial and logistics development with Sime Darby Property Berhad.
The transaction moves the companies’ 50:50 joint venture from planning into implementation. Both groups have signed key agreements supporting the acquisition and development of the land, with each partner expected to invest up to RM100 million for its equity participation.
