Kuala Lumpur, 15 July 2026 – Rivertree STF Synergies Berhad (RSSB) has secured a RM168.1 million turnkey construction contract for the development of a 9,000-bed Centralised Labour Quarters (CLQ) in Meru, Klang, marking the first project under a broader RM600 million worker accommodation initiative in the Klang Valley.
The Main Market-listed property developer and Grade 7 (G7) contractor announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, RSSB Builders Sdn Bhd, has been appointed by Asetvest Sdn Bhd to undertake the design and construction of Q Centre @ Teratai, a purpose-built worker accommodation facility that will comply with the Workers’ Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities Act 1990 (Act 446).
