Petaling Jaya, 30 June 2026 – AGX Group Berhad’s associated company All-Link Air & Sea Limited has reached another key milestone in its planned listing on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange, as the logistics platform moves closer to becoming a publicly listed regional player.
AGX said All-Link Singapore has received its Eligibility-to-List letter from Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited and lodged its preliminary prospectus with both SGX-ST and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
