Gold Li Holdings Posts RM9.38 Million Revenue in Q1 FY2027 as Johor Housing Demand Supports Growth

Kuala Lumpur, 30 June 2026 – Gold Li Holdings Berhad recorded revenue of RM9.38 million for the first quarter ended 30 April 2026, supported by sales of completed properties and continued recognition from ongoing residential developments in Johor.

The Johor-focused property developer, which specialises in landed residential developments and in-house construction services, said revenue for the quarter was mainly contributed by completed property sales from Taman Muhibbah, Taman Kesang Mawar and Taman Sri Jorak.
