Petaling Jaya, 3 July 2026 – OCR Group Berhad has launched its RM344 million D’Templer Hilltop Residences in Templer, Rawang, strengthening the integrated real estate group’s landed residential pipeline while introducing a smart sustainable living collaboration with Huawei Technologies Malaysia.

The grand launch was held on 27 June 2026 at the D’Templer show unit in Templer, Rawang, with an “Alice in Wonderland” themed family event designed to showcase the lifestyle proposition behind the development.
