CHGP to Redevelop Long-Stalled Ulu Kelang Site into RM883 Million Residential Project

Kuala Lumpur, 25 June 2026 – Chin Hin Group Property Berhad is moving to revive a long-dormant development site in Bandar Ulu Kelang, Selangor, through a residential project with an estimated gross development value of RM883 million.

The Main Market-listed property developer said its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Chin Hin Property (Melawati) Sdn Bhd, has entered into a Joint Development Agreement with EC Properties (M) Sdn Bhd to take forward the redevelopment of the site in Gombak.
