Kuala Lumpur, 24 June 2026 – De.Wan 1958 by Chef Wan has launched Soul of Malaysia Series 2: Forgotten Flavours, Rediscovered, a culinary initiative aimed at preserving Malaysia’s food heritage by bringing traditional recipes, regional flavours and cultural stories back to the dining table.

The launch was held in conjunction with the official grand opening of De.Wan 1958 by Chef Wan at The Exchange TRX, marking another milestone for the restaurant brand as it strengthens its presence in one of Kuala Lumpur’s leading lifestyle destinations.
