Kuala Lumpur, 25 June 2026 – Healthcare organisations are accelerating into artificial intelligence faster than their infrastructure, governance and compliance systems can support, according to the healthcare edition of Nutanix’s eighth annual Enterprise Cloud Index.
The report found that AI deployment in healthcare is increasingly being pushed from the top, while shadow AI is spreading across clinical and administrative functions. At the same time, many healthcare institutions do not yet have the infrastructure needed to support secure, compliant and low-latency AI workloads at the point of care.
