Kuala Lumpur, 6 August 2026 – Oriental Kopi Holdings Berhad is expanding into Indonesia through a strategic joint venture and entering Mauritius under an exclusive franchise arrangement, advancing the Malaysian café operator’s ambition to build a wider international presence.

The Indonesia venture brings Oriental Kopi’s wholly owned subsidiary, Oriental Coffee International Sdn. Bhd., together with PT Era Boga Nusantara, also known as Erajaya Food & Nourishment. The Indonesian partner forms part of listed retail conglomerate PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk.
