Kuala Lumpur, 6 October 2026 – MagPro has introduced the AeroLev 1850, a 1.85-megawatt-class air-cooled chiller designed for AI data centres operating in hot climates and locations where water availability is becoming a binding development constraint.

The launch, made during Data Centre World Asia in Singapore, places cooling efficiency at the centre of the region’s data-centre investment debate. As computing density rises, developers are being forced to assess not only the electricity required by servers, but also the energy and water consumed by the systems that keep those servers within operating limits. AeroLev 1850 is built around a cooling-tower-free architecture, removing the need for evaporative cooling water and reducing exposure to water scarcity, treatment costs and related infrastructure.
