Kuala Lumpur, 6 October 2026 – Power-infrastructure engineering group SKA Capital Bhd has signed an underwriting agreement with TA Securities Holdings Bhd for its proposed ACE Market listing, advancing an initial public offering that will issue 168.08 million new shares and offer 72.4 million existing shares for sale.

Of the new shares, 44.78 million will be available to the Malaysian public and 8.96 million will be allocated to eligible persons. A further 111.94 million shares are planned for placement with Bumiputera investors approved by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry, while 2.41 million will be placed with selected investors. The 72.4 million existing shares will also be placed with selected investors.
