New York, 25 September 2026 – A delay linked to a large New Mexico data-centre campus is forcing lenders and investors to examine who bears the cost when artificial-intelligence infrastructure projects fall behind schedule. Oracle has issued a force-majeure notice in connection with the Jupiter campus being developed by a Blue Owl-backed business to support OpenAI.
