Waterloo, 24 September 2026 – BlackBerry has lifted its fiscal 2027 revenue outlook after its QNX embedded-software business recorded US$80.3 million in second-quarter revenue, up 27% from a year earlier. Group revenue for the three months ended 31 August rose 26% to US$163.3 million. The company now expects full-year revenue of US$616 million to US$636 million, with QNX contributing US$315 million to US$325 million. These are company guidance ranges, not achieved full-year results.

QNX supplies software for safety-critical systems in vehicles and other industrial applications. Its adjusted gross margin reached 87%, four percentage points higher year on year, while segment adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation rose 41% to US$29 million.
