Singapore, 22 June 2026 – Thai diversified conglomerate Berli Jucker is sharpening its regional growth strategy as the group looks beyond its home market to strengthen its retail, consumer and distribution footprint across ASEAN.
The company, which has more than a century of operating history in Thailand, is increasingly positioning overseas expansion as a key driver of future growth. Its recent acquisition of MM Mega Market in Vietnam for 22.5 billion baht, equivalent to about S$880 million, marks an important step in that direction and gives the group a stronger platform in one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic consumer markets.
