Petaling Jaya, 22 June 2026 – Hextar Retail Bhd is proposing to acquire the assets of the Zok Noodle House outlet in Bandar Sunway, Selangor, for RM1.25 million, marking another step in the group’s diversification into Malaysia’s food and beverage sector.
The proposed acquisition will involve assets related to the restaurant business, including inventory, fixtures, fittings, furniture, equipment, licences, permits, operations, goodwill, trade name, customer data, tenancy-related rights, sales proceeds rights and other business rights linked to the Bandar Sunway outlet.
