KUALA LUMPUR, 19 May 2026 – Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad has secured a RM174.2 million construction contract in Seremban, strengthening its order book visibility and reinforcing its position as an active building contractor in Malaysia’s residential and mixed-use development segment.
The contract was accepted by Kerjaya Prospek’s wholly owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd, from RB Land Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of IJM Land Berhad. The job involves the construction of a main building and external works for a development in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
