KUALA LUMPUR, 19 May 2026 – Asian Banking School has launched a major digital transformation initiative aimed at reshaping professional learning and workforce development for Malaysia’s banking and financial services industry, with a wider ambition to support talent readiness across ASEAN and Asia.

The initiative was unveiled at the Launch of ABS Digitalisation Initiatives & ABSNEXLEARN Digital Learning Portal at the AICB Centre of Excellence in Kuala Lumpur. The event brought together senior banking leaders, regulators, policymakers and human capital leaders to examine how digital transformation, artificial intelligence and future skills are changing the way financial institutions develop talent.
