Asia’s Busiest Earnings Week To Test Corporate Resilience As Iran War Pressures Costs

Hong Kong, 27 April 2026 – Asian companies are entering the busiest week of the current earnings season, giving investors an early look at how the Iran war, higher energy prices and supply chain disruption are beginning to affect corporate performance across the region.

Roughly 450 of the more than 1,200 companies in the MSCI Asia Pacific Index are scheduled to report earnings this week. The reporting lineup includes major Chinese firms such as PetroChina, Cosco Shipping Holdings and Air China, alongside South Korea’s LG Electronics and Indonesian miner PT Bumi Resources.
