SkyWorld Development’s Unbilled Sales More Than Double to RM1.1 Billion on Strong Project Take-Up

Kuala Lumpur, 27 May 2026 – SkyWorld Development Berhad recorded a stronger fourth quarter performance for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, supported by continued progress across its active developments and rising contributions from projects moving closer to completion.

The urban property developer posted revenue of RM132.2 million for Q4FYE2026, representing a 15.5% year-on-year increase from RM114.5 million in the corresponding quarter last year. The improvement was mainly driven by sustained construction progress across six active developments, with additional contribution from Curvo Residences as the project advanced into its completion and handover phase.
