Kuala Lumpur, 20 October 2026 – SKA Capital Berhad launched its initial public offering prospectus on 20 October 2026 ahead of a planned listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 11 November. The power infrastructure engineering group aims to raise RM72.3 million through the issuance of 168.08 million new shares at RM0.43 each, giving it an indicative market capitalisation of RM385.1 million upon listing.

For investors, the listing provides exposure to Malaysia’s power infrastructure build-out at a time when electricity demand, data-centre development, grid modernisation and renewable-energy integration are driving additional investment. SKA Capital enters the market with an outstanding order book of about RM313.4 million as at 21 September 2026, while revenue increased more than fivefold from RM44.4 million in the financial year ended 2023 to RM241.4 million in the financial year ended 2025.
