Singapore Airlines Unveils New Pazzion Cabin Crew Shoes After 31-Month Development

Singapore Airlines will introduce new closed-toe shoes developed with Singapore brand Pazzion for female cabin crew from January 2027, following 31 months of testing.

Singapore, 9 October 2026 – Singapore Airlines will introduce new closed-toe footwear for its female cabin crew from January 2027, replacing the open-toe sandals long associated with its iconic uniform as the carrier places greater emphasis on safety, comfort and operational practicality.

The new shoes were developed over 31 months in collaboration with Singapore footwear brand Pazzion, involving multiple rounds of fittings, wear tests and onboard trials with female cabin crew.
