United States, 4 November 2026 – Meta Platforms, Inc. has priced a USD 15 billion bond offering across five maturities, moving part of its financing programme from preliminary discussions to specified terms. The issuer’s 3 November pricing sheet sets settlement for around 5 November, so the transaction should not yet be described as cash already received.

It follows reports of a wider potential borrowing programme, but the confirmed dollar transaction is not proof that every contemplated currency tranche has been issued. Its terms also require investors to distinguish coupon rates, yields and credit ratings rather than treating the headline amount as the whole investment case.
