Singapore, 4 November 2026 – CapitaLand Investment Limited reported a 15% increase in fee-related revenue to SGD 1.035 billion for the nine months ended September, while total revenue fell 3% to about SGD 1.5 billion. The company’s fee-related measure also includes items outside consolidated revenue, so the two measures should not be combined mechanically or interpreted as evidence that underlying profit moved by the same percentages.
