Mega Fortris Reports RM23.7 Million in 4QFYE2025 Revenue, Declares Maiden Dividend

Last updated on December 25, 2025

SHAH ALAM: Mega Fortris Berhad (“Mega Fortris” or “the Group”) has reported its fourth-quarter financial results for the year ended 30 June 2025 (“4QFYE2025”), recording revenue of RM23.7 million, gross profit of RM5.7 million, and a normalised loss after tax of RM7.7 million from continuing operations.

Quarter-on-quarter, revenue, gross profit, and profit after tax saw declines of 50.7%, 76.3%, and 185.8% respectively compared with 3QFYE2025. The weaker performance was attributed to subdued demand across industries due to uncertainties around trade tariffs, geopolitical conflicts, and political tensions. The Group also faced impairment loss allowances on receivables and higher foreign exchange losses from the weakening US dollar.

Despite these challenges, Mega Fortris remained resilient for the full year. For the twelve months ended 30 June 2025 (“FYE2025”), the Group achieved total revenue of RM176.4 million and gross profit of RM79.5 million, marking year-on-year growth of 5.4% and 5.0% respectively.

In line with its long-term commitment to shareholders, the Group declared its maiden single-tier dividend of 0.5 sen per share for FYE2025.

Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Adrian Ng Meng Poh, said the results reflect the Group’s ability to withstand external pressures while laying the foundation for growth:

“Despite external headwinds, we remain optimistic on our outlook. Our plant in the United Kingdom is expected to commence operations by the end of this year, serving as a key hub for us to further expand our international reach. Our local plant, which is also undergoing automation efforts, is progressing well, and our recent partnership with Oracle to enhance data visibility has boosted our operational efficiency by up to 20%. We are confident that these initiatives will sustain our business, empower our adaptability to evolving market conditions, and deliver long-term value to stakeholders. In line with this confidence, we are pleased to declare our maiden single-tier dividend as part of our commitment to delivering sustainable value for all our shareholders.”
