Tainan, Taiwan, 22 September 2026 – Frontken Corporation Bhd is expanding its physical footprint in Taiwan through a RM118.16 million acquisition of industrial land and existing factory buildings in Tainan. Its subsidiary Ares Green Technology Corporation is buying the property from Ginwin Technology. The site covers approximately 16,172 square metres and includes seven factory blocks with about 12,611 square metres of floor area. It lies roughly 950 metres from Ares Green’s existing facility in the Xinying Industrial Zone, allowing the group to expand close to its current operations.

The acquisition is intended to support future capacity requirements, according to the company’s transaction disclosure. Proximity can offer practical advantages: management may be able to share services, staff and customer logistics across the two locations. Existing buildings can also reduce the time needed to establish usable space compared with starting from a vacant site. Neither advantage guarantees an immediate rise in earnings, however. The cost and schedule of fitting out the buildings for specific production or cleaning processes still need to be assessed.
