Censof’s Indonesian Subsidiary Launches AI-Powered Wealth Management Platform “Praisindo WMS 2025”

Last updated on December 25, 2025

KUALA LUMPUR, 10 November 2025 — Censof Holdings Berhad (KLSE:CENSOF) announced that its Indonesian subsidiary, PT Praisindo Teknologi (“Praisindo”), has unveiled Praisindo WMS 2025, a next-generation wealth management platform that integrates artificial intelligence to transform goal-based financial planning and portfolio management across Indonesia’s growing wealth-tech market.

The new platform features an AI Wealth Navigator, an intelligent, explainable AI module designed to assist both relationship managers and investors with real-time market insights, automatic portfolio rebalancing, debt management, and predictive analytics for smarter, data-driven decision-making.

The launch was showcased during “Wealth Technology 2025: Sharing Session & Technology Update”, held in Jakarta on 5 November 2025, attended by over 35 financial institutions, including banks, fund managers, insurers, and pension funds, as well as representatives from the Indonesian Mutual Fund and Investment Association (APRDI).

AI-Powered Wealth Navigation for a Growing Investor Market

“With the number of retail investors in Indonesia now approaching 20 million active Single Investor Identifications (SIDs), the need for intelligent, secure, and scalable wealth-management systems becomes ever more important for financial institutions,” said Boyke Bader Brillianto, Director of PT Praisindo Teknologi.

The AI Wealth Navigator module acts as an investment co-pilot, using Explainable AI (XAI) to deliver personalised recommendations, goal-based planning, and autonomous portfolio management. It enables institutions to provide hyper-personalised wealth services while enhancing operational efficiency.

Integrated Platform and ASEAN Collaboration

Praisindo WMS 2025 introduces a unified wealth stack, combining Customer Portfolio Management (CPM) and Order Management System (OMS) within a single, AI-augmented ecosystem. The system’s modern digital experience allows for seamless integration of client data, trading, and analytics, helping financial institutions scale quickly in a competitive environment.

The platform also integrates MAsiaPay, a next-generation AI-powered white-label payment gateway developed by Ascertain Technologies Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia.

The initiative is the result of a strategic collaboration between Ascertain Technologies, T-Melmax Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of Censof Holdings Berhad and RinggitPay, a subsidiary of Ascertain Technologies, underscoring a strengthened regional fintech alliance across Malaysia and Indonesia.

The Jakarta event highlighted Censof Group’s regional fintech ecosystem, featuring Cognitive Consulting Sdn Bhd, which presented on hyper-automation and agentic RPA for compliance and efficiency, and Ascertain Technologies, which demonstrated integration with MAsiaPay.

“Praisindo WMS 2025 represents not only a leap in technology but also a clear example of how regional collaboration within the Censof Group accelerates innovation across ASEAN,” the company noted in a statement.

Positioning for the Future of ASEAN WealthTech

Established in 2003 and part of the Censof Group since 2012, PT Praisindo Teknologi serves over 50 financial institutions across Indonesia and Southeast Asia, offering Wealth Management, Investment Management, and Customer Portfolio Management systems.

With Praisindo WMS 2025, the company aims to lead in AI-enabled wealth technology, empowering financial institutions to move beyond transactional investing toward life-centred, long-term wealth management.
