KUALA LUMPUR, 16 October 2025 — Caction has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Persatuan Industri Keselamatan Malaysia (PIKM) to advance digital transformation and enhance operational excellence across Malaysia’s security industry.
John Lee, Chief Executive Officer of Caction, said the partnership underscores the company’s mission to help security firms build client trust in an increasingly digital environment.

The collaboration, supported by Microsoft Malaysia, will provide PIKM members access to advanced digital solutions that enhance efficiency, transparency, and business growth.
