Berjaya Corporation Reports RM2.19 Billion Q3FY2026 Revenue Amid Mixed Segment Performance

Kuala Lumpur, 28 May 2026 – Berjaya Corporation Berhad reported revenue of RM2.19 billion for the third quarter ended 31 March 2026, as the diversified group navigated softer non-food retail and services contributions while seeing improvements in food retail, property and hospitality operations.

For the quarter under review, BCorp incurred a pre-tax loss of RM118.33 million, compared with revenue of RM2.54 billion and a pre-tax loss of RM8.88 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The weaker quarterly performance was mainly affected by lower contribution from the Group’s non-food retail business and services segment.
