Alliance Bank Partners with CTOS, JurisTech for AI-Driven Retail Loan Origination System

Alliance Bank Malaysia implements an AI-driven Retail Loan Origination System with CTOS and JurisTech, improving efficiency and digital lending capabilities.

KUALA LUMPUR, 18 November 2025 – Alliance Bank Malaysia (Alliance Bank) is partnering with CTOS Data Systems (CTOS) and JurisTech for an AI-driven Retail Loan Origination System.

Since the system went live, Alliance Bank has posted over 30% improvements in staff efficiency and application turnaround time. The platform handles the full loan lifecycle and covers personal loans, mortgages, and credit cards.

“The initiative demonstrates how data intelligence can redefine lending. By combining insights with innovation, we are helping banks open new doors of opportunity for every Malaysian,” said, Loh Kok Leong, Group Chief Executive Officer of CTOS.

Developed by CTOS and JurisTech, the platform is designed for multi-product origination and straight-through processing, assisting banks to streamline credit operations and improve overall efficiency.

The bank will continue expanding on the system and exploring generative AI features with JurisAI which can deliver automated document procession, virtualised decisioning, and AI-assisted credit paper preparation.
