Los Angeles, 21 October 2026 – Artificial-intelligence data-centre construction is creating additional demand for United States warehouse space, particularly around Dallas–Fort Worth and Washington, DC, according to JLL. Average asking rents reached US$10.55 per square foot in the third quarter, rising 3.2% from a year earlier, the fastest annual increase since the second quarter of 2024.
