Hong Kong, 15 October 2026 – New World Development expects to issue about US$189.1 million of new senior secured notes after bondholders provided sufficient early support for its latest debt exchange. The transaction extends part of the Hong Kong developer’s near-term maturities to 2032 as management continues to manage a heavily leveraged balance sheet.

The offer covers three US dollar bond series with about US$991 million of principal outstanding. The securities mature in January 2027, June 2027 and February 2028. Holders who tendered by the early deadline are expected to receive new notes and cash consideration under the terms set out when the exchange was launched on 6 October.
