Petaling Jaya, 30 July 2026 – Axis Real Estate Investment Trust recorded RM99.5 million in net trust income for the first half of 2026 while advancing its industrial-property expansion with a proposed RM113 million acquisition in Padang Meha, Kedah.
Total trust income reached RM179.4 million for the six months ended 30 June, while net trust income increased 3.5% year on year. The growth reflected continued contributions from Axis-REIT’s diversified portfolio of industrial and logistics properties, supported by operating efficiencies.
