Zhipu AI Plans Shanghai STAR Market Listing as China’s AI IPO Wave Deepens

Shanghai, 2 June 2026 – Chinese artificial intelligence company Zhipu AI is preparing to seek a listing on Shanghai’s STAR Market, adding fresh momentum to China’s growing AI fundraising cycle as local champions look to tap both domestic and Hong Kong capital markets.

The company, formally known as Knowledge Atlas Technology, said it plans to apply to issue A-shares and list on Shanghai’s technology-focused board. The proposed listing would follow its Hong Kong market debut earlier this year, marking another step in China’s effort to build a deeper public-market ecosystem for artificial intelligence companies.
