WTK to Unlock RM90 Million Cash from Disposal of Biogrow Plantation Assets

Sibu, 29 May 2026 – W T K Holdings Berhad is moving to unlock value from underperforming plantation assets through the proposed disposal of Biogrow City Plantations Sdn Bhd for a total cash consideration of RM90.0 million, as the Sarawak-based diversified group continues to optimise its plantation portfolio.

The Group announced that its wholly owned subsidiaries, Biogrow City Sdn Bhd and Bioworld Synergies Sdn Bhd, have entered into conditional share sale agreements with Rimbun Temasek Sdn Bhd for the proposed disposal of their respective interests in Biogrow City Plantations.
